Gary Kettring is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family & Circuit Civil Mediator and has been practicing in the Sarasota Area for over 21 years. He has an extensive business background in sales and is one of the most sought after mediators in the area.
In addition to mediation, Mr. Kettring is a pst volunteer to the Florida Guardian Ad Litem Program, so he knows how to approach issues regarding Children & Teens. Additionally, he volunteers with the Citizens Dispute Settlement Program helping folks settle their cases.

In 2004 Mr. Kettring was honored to be selected as Mediator of the Year by the Dispute Resolution Center in the 12th Judicial Circuit. He is an Assistant Mediator Trainer for the State of Florida and is on the Mediator Guidance Committee in Sarasota. Mr. Kettring is honored to be Certified by the Florida Supreme Court in Family, Circuit Civil, County & Appellate Mediation.
Mr. Kettring is proud to have been one of the first mediators in our area to have complete the Residential Foreclosure Mediation Training Program at USF in Tampa, FL in conjunction with the Collins Center on March 5, 2010. Gary has successfully mediated hundreds of foreclosure cases as well as pre-suit mediation.
Additionally, Gary is one of only a handful of mediators that is Certified by the Florida Supreme Court in 4 of the 5 mediaton areas.
It's not unusual to find him offering his services in the four County Courts in the 12th Judicial Circuit (Sarasota, Manatee, Venice and DeSoto). He has also been a guest speaker at many area legal & community functions.

Additionally, he is often helps resolve some of the most difficult cases in Juvenile Restitution Court. Not limiting himself to children and teens, Mr. Kettring also conducts mediations that deal with Elder Care Issues.
As a long term resident of Central Florida, Gary understands the issues of the challenging economic times, the recent home foreclosure market & the impact that these troubles have had on our residents, especially our Elder Citizens & Families.
Mr. Kettring's business background proves helpful in resolving Landlord/Tenant and Home Owner Association disputes, as well as recent Foreclosure difficulties.
Mr. Kettring usually participates in over 350 mediations each year.
